You'll make an impact by * Develop, communicate and implement the digital strategy for SSLS, which serves the purpose of driving process and operation excellence and directs the Company’s digital transformation. * Ensure the digital strategy is aligned with Siemens global & local strategy. * Actively lead the development of market driven digital roadmap for the Company, as well as the implementation of digitalization projects based on roadmap. * Responsible for all digitalization management activities - budgets, schedules, business cases, projects, reports, resource management, etc. Support in resolving issues after project implementation. * Collaborate with Global / Regional / Site teams, and guide the business functions with IT/digital expertise to develop and support implementation of digital related projects. * Responsible for the daily operation and management of the team, including daily work plans and arrangements, employee & team management, establishing performance indicators, ensure the delivery of digital work timely and at a high-quality level. * Develop and implement programs to help the improvement of digital competence of the Company’s business function. * Understand the digital market landscape for the external competition, trends, new technologies, partnership opportunities. * Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager. Your defining qualities * Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in IT or computer science related preferred. * Fluent in English and Mandarin. * Minimum 5 years IT function experience in a corresponding function in manufacturing enterprises. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management and execution. * Experiences in multiple project execution: IT/digital related. * Understand the needs of the IT digitalization in the manufacturing industry. * Professional knowledge of programming. * Be familiar with databases in design and its logic. * Be familiar with most application systems, such as Supplier Portal, SRM/SCM, CRM, SAP, RDA/RPA and so on. * Programmed or designed some applications is a plus; or in charge of some module designing. * Strong capability in requirements transforms to system logic. * Be familiar with the latest IT/digital/AI technology, and the use of hardware in digital applications. * Be familiar with the excellent vendors or have contacts in the IT industry, focus on user needs. * High integrity, open-minded & self-motivated professional experience. * Strong communication and leadership with customer focused & cost-effectiveness mind-set. * Good communication and cross-departments/functions collaboration.
