We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various technical equipment and systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Document service activities, repairs, and maintenance work
• Create detailed service reports and maintain service records
• Collaborate with other technical teams for complex problem-solving
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Respond to emergency service calls when required
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in technical service and maintenance
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical software

Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry-specific certifications
• Experience with automation systems and controls
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Multi-lingual capabilities
