Duties: Gather and analyze digital demands within the Global Mobility Management (GMM) team, translate them into actionable digital solutions, and ensure seamless integration with the broader Siemens ecosystem; Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize GMM processes, enhance customer experience, and comply with relevant regulations; Translate customer needs into actionable digital solutions; Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the GMM organization; Align GMM's digital landscape with market trends and innovations; Ensure compliance of new applications and maintenance with Siemens and local regulations; ­Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize GMM processes; and Serve as the primary contact for GMM digitalization initiatives across all stakeholders. Requirements: Employer will accept a bachelor's degree (3 or 4 year foreign degree acceptable), or foreign equivalent, in International Business Management, Business Studies, Human Resources or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Digitization Demand Consultant-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Leading digitalization and data analytics projects in a multicultural environment. Assessing and implementing of technologies in alignment with and for WTS PaySync, IHRIS NG, People Center Program, Finavigate, NextGenAP, EZ-Suite, GMDM, ORC, Citrix Workspace, ADP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, and Microsoft PowerApps. Working with digital process improvement, including Employee Delegation Cockpit, PaySync, Travel Tracker, Global Advantage, Global Remuneration Reporting, or upgrades. Working with Global Mobility Services and associated solutions in the Global Taxation, Relocation, Immigration, Social Security and Data Privacy processes. Working in change management (accompanying process and organizational changes). 25% domestic and international travel required. Telecommuting may be permitted pursuant to company policy.
