Your mission and responsibilities: * Lead and coach the Customer Care team to ensure the delivery of standardized workflow with quality customer service (i.e. registration, clarification, dispatch, spare part logistic, service confirmation, warehouse management) * Monitor service work assignments and team schedule planning with proper data collection for any service incident. * Manage service logistic and warehouse activities, i.e. Spare parts order and return from / to global CS Logistic Centers & tools / testing equipment delivery. * Continuously review, improve, and streamline customer service processes and workflows to enhance productivity. * Regular review with Regional team for product data, installed base and service performance. * Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects as assigned.
