Apply now for the position of Business Performance Controller and you will be responsible to lead controlling and reporting activities and projects in Zone ASEAN. Your role: * You will take lead on controlling and reporting activities (Regional headquarters P&L, Balance Sheet, headcount planning and controlling and special/ad hoc topics. * You will take lead on monthly forecast and annual budget cycle process in the regional headquarter. * You will collaborate and business partner with business leaders from various business lines by providing financial and strategic support to drive business performance. * You will lead a team of experienced finance professionals in terms of process streamlining and automation (i.e. Digital Dashboards). * You will lead zone wide projects end to end including articulating the project vision, acting as a solution consultant and execution through various workstreams. Keeping track and report progress to the management and key stakeholders. Your expertise: * Bachelor or Master’s degree in Controlling, Accounting or Finance. * At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling/ Finance and Digitalisation. * Deep understanding of a matrix organization and ability to manage stakeholders from various functions, across countries and different levels of management. * Good understanding of business finance terms, process and management. * Experience in Project Management and managing multiple stakeholders. * Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. * Tech savvy with a passion for data analytics. * Experience with PowerBI, QilkSense would be a plus.
