With this role you will have the chance to contribute to company’s target achievement by providing clinical and application support to our customers in Italy. Your role: * You will take care of post sales direct problem-solving trough method applications or troubleshooting or by activating the specific technical service or application support and reaching consequent customer satisfaction. * You will take care of onsite instrument installation, customer training and follow-up regarding Clinical Chemistry, Immunochemistry and Automation. * You will take care of the system’s performance monitoring by measuring selected KPIs. * You will take care of new eventually customers’ need, giving your direct support, in cooperation with our salespeople or activating internal support channels. Your expertise: * Master’s degree in biology / biomedical laboratory techniques or equivalent * 1-5 years of experience in similar roles * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical / clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner * Dynamic and proactive with personal initiative to reach the targets with problem solving and decision-making abilities * Fluent English in both written and oral communication * Residency in Lombardia/Piemonte * Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, flexibility and availability also to move into the region assigned * Able to work independently, as well as an effective team player and respectful of diversity * Good knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) To find out more about the specific business, have a look at www.siemens-healthineers.com.
