Transform the everyday with us This position reports to the Digital Industries Factory Automation Finance Manager. The successful candidate will interface with internal and external customers to execute mid-level complex projects. This position allows for remote work, with some work travel required. We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager-Finance Controller for Factory Automation Systems. This position will be remote and can be based anywhere in the continental US; Eastern time zone is preferred. You’ll make an impact by: * Create and maintain project P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows. * Provide financial ownership on new bid proposals and the execution of existing projects. * Improve project-related business and incorporate digital enablement tools, where possible, to help support future growth. * Ensure clean and accurate record keeping of the financial documents of the project in adherence to the Company’s policies and Financial Reporting Guidelines. * Support the Project Manager in identifying, reporting, avoiding or mitigating non-conformance costs; supports the implementation of lessons learned into their project and the organization in general. * Be the trusted partner for the Project Team by collaborating, leading, and educating team members from other areas on all financial and compliance topics. * Support project stakeholders on day-to-day activities * Support invoicing and coordination of invoicing with an emphasis on managing financial backlog. * Applies skills to resolve complex problems to ensure the successful delivery of projects under customer deliverables and agreed-upon contract terms. * Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems. You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field. * 3+ years of Commercial/Financial Project Management experience. * 3 + years of experience with SAP Project Modules, Tableau, and/or PowerBI. * Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrates and applies strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills. * Demonstrates problem-solving skills to stakeholders on various projects. * Siemens CPM or PMP certification is a plus. * A proven track record of successful large POC (percent of completion) project execution. * Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project deadlines. * Maintains excellent organizational skills to store critical company and customer files. * Experience with the application and concepts of factory automation products and industrial control panel design. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
