Now our Electrification & Automation team is looking for an Economist to take on the following role! Responsibilities: * Performing commercial support within the activities of department . * Preparing calculations for invoicing customers, processing accounting and payment documents for the sale of goods/services, tracking the correctness of expense and income allocation within projects. * Processing payment statements for department orders. * Creating tax invoices. * Placing orders in Siemens supply centers / external suppliers. * Issuing shipping documents / work completion certificates for customers. * Monitoring timely receipt of payments from customers under contracts, tracking the status of accounts receivable. * Preparing and processing primary documentation (work completion certificates, invoices, bills, etc.), and further registration/implementation in the company's accounting systems (ERP SAP, etc.). * Taking necessary measures related to closing reporting periods according to the requirements of Ukrainian and international standards established at the company. * Providing informational support to the department controller with budgets, forecasts. * Communicating with customer representatives, suppliers, contractors, and headquarters on operational and financial issues. Candidate Requirements: * Higher education (in the field of "Enterprise Economics", "Finance"). * At least 2 years of work experience in the field. * Experience working with primary documents. * Attention to detail and the ability to structure and process various information flows. * Knowledge of English (intermediate level or higher). * Proficient user of MS Office applications. * Ability to work in a team, capacity for learning, orientation towards achieving results and quality.
