Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking for interns for our Electrification and Automation division in Wendell, NC. You’ll make an impact by: * Reviewing Customer specifications, commercial and technical documents, and product requirements. * Collaborating with Engineers within the Business Unit to generate technical solutions for the Siemens suite of products. * Create budgetary tool to generate equipment details for Low Voltage Motor Control Centers. * Review and analyze historical trends to support standardization. To apply for the Internship program, candidates must meet the following requirements: * Majors: Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student studying Electrical Engineering or Computer Science * Education: Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited technical school, college, or university (you must be a registered student at the time of the internship) * Relocation: No travel /or relocation compensation. Applicants must be local and able to work on-site at the office in Wendell, NC * Working Hours: Fall Internships are Part-time up to 29 hours per week. Work times starting from 8-9am and ending they day 4-6pm with flex start and end times. * Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to prioritize work responsibility and meet project deadlines * Exposure to analytical tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau * Good verbal and written communication skills * Experience with MS office products with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint You’ll benefit from: * Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
