Your tasks and responsibilities: Execute System installation/System Preventive maintenance (PM)/System update/Basic corrective service activities assigned to him, which are coordinated via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate manner. 1. Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, basic level updates and basic levelcorrective service assigned by opertation center with efficent way. 2. Maintain highest customer satisfaction based on front line CSE's behavior guideline and proactive communications. 3. Record and report service activities according to documentation requirement. 4. Report potential quality issue and safety issues to technical support center according to assesment standard. 5. Find potential business chance and generate service needs. 6.
