Your tasks and responsibilities: Execute System installation/System Preventive maintenance (PM)/System update/Basic corrective service activities assigned to him, which are coordinated via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate manner. 1. Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, basic level updates and basic levelcorrective service assigned by opertation center with efficent way. 2. Maintain highest customer satisfaction based on front line CSE's behavior guideline and proactive communications. 3. Record and report service activities according to documentation requirement. 4. Report potential quality issue and safety issues to technical support center according to assesment standard. 5. Find potential business chance and generate service needs. 6. Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager Your qualifications and experience: * Good knowledge in electrical and mechanical, basic IT and networking knowledge * Basic command of English for document reading and writing and technical training in English * Positive attitude, hard-working, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure * Willing to business trip * College above with relevant major(e.g. Biomedical Engineering/EE/Automation/Machinery etc.) , Our global team: We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
