Job Description: Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001and other ISO standards. * Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. * Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement. * Define and implement quality strategies and systems for projects, ensuring compliance with consortium policies and contract requirements. * Lead and guide quality teams across various subsystems to achieve overall quality objectives. * Support project management in planning and securing milestone results. * Establish and monitor quality plans, define quality targets, and implement methods/tools based on HQ standards. * Report quality status, incidents, and root-cause analysis to the Project Manager and other stakeholders. * Collaborate with other functions such as environmental protection, health, and safety to ensure integrated quality management. * Ensure supplier compliance and manage supplier quality performance. * Collaborating and being the interface to higher-level cybersecurity functions (CYS) Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industry. * In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in quality management tools and software. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Project management experience and certification an advantage * Written and oral English skills for cooperation in international offers and projects * Deep technical IT Know-How (e.g. CCNA certification) and experience with Cybersecurity (CYS) Transform the everyday with us!
