THIS IS YOUR ROLE" This position has to support SI Sales Southern Regional business in the areas of • Offer stage support (Evaluating terms and conditions, Participate in commercial discussions, LoA,, aligning with legal etc) • Order execution stage commercial support including arranging Bank Guarantee, issuing Proforma invoice / LC request (wherever appropriate), invoice forwarding / documentation as per customer PO conditions • Should have good knowledge in contract management for project / product business. • Receivables management - periodical review of receivables, detailed collection planning, knowledge on LC documentation, achieving the planned collections • Co-ordinate with Project Managers /Commercial Project managers on milestones / receivable topics. • Visit customers relating to Receivable reconciliation, payment followup • MIS support - preparing detailed liquidation plan for receivables / collection reviews EMD/ Bank guarantee etc & supporting to fill requirements of Auditors • Periodical review meetings - to attend the periodic review meetings for Collection, Turnover, Provision review etc. • Any other activities incidental to the regional business and assigned by superiors Requirement: • Commerce graduates with good experience in reputed companies in commercial / finance roles of > 5 years. • Should be a good team player and willing to travel • Good oral and written communication skills, good in MS office • Positive attitude to learn more things • On softer skills - should be self-driven and motivated, able to take full ownership, dedicated , hardworking and passionate, ready to travel, team player • Management of various internal & external stakeholders.
