1 Perform the electrical calculations and prepares the designs and BOM in SAP and creates the documentation. 2 Make the technical offers for the low voltage 3Ph Induction motors for various applications and with stringent customer speciﬁcations. 3 Has thorough knowledge in design of three phase induction motor the preferably has an experience guiding the team members to achieve the KPIs 4 Has basic knowledge of the National and international standards governing motors. 5 Identify and select the components based on given speciﬁcations, support to SP and manufacturing. 6 Analyze the test results and use in the daily engineering activities Support to sales and BD. 7 Work on cost reduction with innovative solutions to minimize the cost of offerings/product. 8 Analyze localization requirements and designs/adapts products and solutions accordingly. 9 Support to manufacturing to solve the technical issues. 10 Communication with internal partners such as execution team, Quotation support team, sales team and external partners such as vendor, customer, consultant, etc.
