Your mission will be… * Strategy Development and Implementation: * Define and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives * Drive strategic initiatives across IT, OT, and PSS domains * Develop and maintain the global cybersecurity operating model for SFS * Support the CCSO in strategic decision-making and direction setting * Governance and Program Management: * Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks * Lead cybersecurity program management and oversight * Coordinate and run cybersecurity boards and committees * Drive implementation of governance processes across business units * Budget and Resource Management: * Develop and manage cybersecurity budgets * Oversee resource allocation for strategic initiatives * Monitor and report on program financials * Evaluate and propose investments in cybersecurity capabilities * Continuous Improvement: * Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cybersecurity processes * Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring program effectiveness * Identify and implement best practices across the organization * Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements * Partner Management: * Represent cybersecurity interests in committees * Build and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators * Coordinate with business units and country organizations * Support communication of cybersecurity initiatives to senior management We are looking for someone with… * Education * Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field * Advanced certifications in project management or cybersecurity governance (e.g., CGEIT, CISM) highly welcome * Experience & Skills * Long-term experience in cybersecurity with focus on strategy and governance * Proven track record in program management and strategic planning * Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks * International business experience is welcome * Proficient understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards * Knowledge of IT, OT, and PSS security requirements * Familiarity with risk management methodologies * Understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies * Ways of working * Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities * Strong partner and relationship management capabilities are helpful * Outstanding communication and presentation skills * Demonstrable ability to influence cross-functional teams Please attach your CV in English. #Siemens Siemens is committed to creating a diverse environment and is glad to be an equal opportunity employer.
